Private beachfront casitas just steps from the Caribbean Sea. The world’s second-largest Barrier Coral (Snorkeling) Reef is just offshore. A quiet location near all the West End Activities.
Rates include two guests per Casita. An extra (third) person is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per night. There is a maximum of three guests allowed per Casita.
December Through April.
$199 US Dollars per night (plus tax) with a one-week (7-night) minimum stay.
May through November
We offer a 25% discount during the off-season. This makes our effective rate $149.25 US Dollars per night (plus tax) with a one-week (7-night) minimum stay.
Please consider that, unlike so many others, we have  No Extra Or Hidden Fees.
There are NO booking, cleaning, electric, water, propane, resort, water-sports, pool (or other hidden, garbage) fees added to our rate. We have even found places on the island that charge a $25 nightly fee for Air Conditioning. They offer you this “option” after you commit to a reservation. With us, you pay only our rate, plus tax.
Extended Stay Rates
Our Casitas fill up quickly during the busy season (December through April), so we do not offer any extended-stay discount during this time period.
If you are interested in an extended stay (4 weeks or more) during the “off-season” (May through November), contact us with your intended dates. We may be able to work with you.
Occasionally, a casita opens up unexpectedly. When it does, we offer a limited Last-Minute Island Rate for travelers who can pack quickly and escape to paradise. These deals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and as soon as the space is reserved, the offer is removed from our website.
For Arrival dates between May 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026. Save $400 Per Week
This means that the cost of a seven-night stay becomes $905.00 plus tax, instead of $1393.00 plus tax. Limited Availability.
NOTE: The seven-night minimum stay still applies, but you can stay longer if you like, and this discount rate applies to the entire length of your stay with us.

Our Reservation Process - The Details(1) Please view our online calendar below.Â
We have two Casitas available for rental. We block out each Casita as it becomes booked. So, unless you see that both the 1st Floor and the 2nd Floor Casitas are booked, they are available for rental. AND you’ll know which unit is available for each date.
Our calendar is always up to date. Remember, your reservation must be for at least seven nights.
(2) Contact us by email or phone to confirm/secure your reservations.Â
We will ask you for a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total cost of your visit to reserve/hold your stay. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival date. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Zelle.
It’s That Easy. Now You Can Relax and count the hours until you arrive in Roatan. When you arrive in Roatan, we will meet you at the airport with cold beverages and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your time with us.
Cancellation Policy:Â Reservations canceled at least 61 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 60 days before your scheduled arrival date will forfeit all monies paid unless we can fill your reservation with another guest. BTW: We will do our very best to fill a canceled reservation.
Advance Reservation Policy: We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance. For example, January 2028 is available to book starting in January 2027. We do this to allow everyone equal opportunity to reserve their stay with us.
